One of the most asked questionsd we get is “Are you dog friendly?” 
Yes we are – (we do respectfully asked that they are not allowed on the furniture) We also charge £25/dog to cover the additional cleaning involved & you can add your dog during the booking process.
Balbinny is a great place to holiday with your dog – lots of wide open green space to excercise and plenty of country walks. Only Cottages Nos.1 & 2 have fully enclosed gardens but we are in the process of installing a 2 acre secure dog walking field at the farm road end, this will be available top pre book for the public and guests. 
Not only is there plenty of local walking for dogs there are a number of local restaurants that are dog friendly. The Drovers in Memus, The Anchor Hotel in Johnshaven  (a great fish restaurant that can be combined with a walk on St Cyrus beach) Cashleys and The Giddy Goose in Forfar. The Angus Grill and Larder also have a dog excercise enclosure and allow dogs at their outdoor seating.
